This gorgeous stoneware ceramic bowl is made from a textured white clay and is one of my personal favourites. Hand-painted with hues of orange and green underglaze, then fired to stoneware with lead free, food safe clear glaze on the inside and the top edge of the outside of the bowl.  The juxtaposition of gloss and matte finish shows the brilliance of the underglaze, offering a tactile experience.
